Job Description
His main responsibilities are:

o To develop the detailed pre-commissioning procedures according to the instruction of Commissioning Manager
o To assure that all the activities piping related such as flushing/blowing, reinstatement of piping components and local instruments, leak test are duly performed in accordance with the stated procedures, in conformity with the safety rules and as per instructions of Commissioning Manager.
o To assure that all activities relevant to machinery such as motor run-in, machinery run-in are carried out according to stated procedures and instructions of Commissioning Manager.
o To assure that all activities relevant to static equipment such as inspections, cleaning, internals installations, box-up are carried out according to stated procedures and instruction for Commissioning Manager.
o To organize and manage the operations of the assigned team by controlling their job and the implementation of Plant Safety procedures in case of emergency. Act personally in field in case of need.
o To keep records of all activities performed in the log book
o To produce the certificates, duly signed by involved parties, and hand over to the certification engineer.
o To check that the safe conditions for maintenance teams are in place before issuing the Work Permits
o To verify and check the conditions of safety devices.

Desired Candidate Profile
Sound experience in equivalent position, working on large size projects, in the petrochemical field.
