Dismantling old fire water pumps, civil foundation & erection new fire water pumps in new civil foundation for increasing capacity of pump house and commissioning it. Here I am also making billing work, documentation work and planning work.

2. I had worked with RELIANCE ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE LTD (REAL) as a Piping Executive Engineer at JAMANAGAR EXEPORT REFINERY PROJECT (JERP), Jamnagar site since 15/10/2007 to 15/07/09. Here I executed fabrication of all types of piping as per standard matecode of pipes, fittings and dimension as shown in spoolgen & isometric drawing. And also fabrication of standard pipe supports & CPS as per standard pipe support drawing in open fabrication yard. After completion of spools erection those in Alkylation unit in rack piping, unit piping as per erection drawing. I have checked out punch points of loop files with operation & maintenance and attend it for Mechanical Clearance & Hydro test Clearance. After Clearance of loop files done Pre-
Commissioning activity like hydro test, pneumatic test, flushing and then done final Box-
up and handover to Operation Department for commissioning.

3. I had worked with Chem Contract Pvt. Ltd. as a Site Engineer at G.N.F.C site, Bharuch from 01/03/2007 to 30/09/2007. Here I executed fabrication & erection work of carbon steel and stainless steel tanks, and fabrication & erection of pipelines connected to tanks and also fabricated all nozzles and manholes of tanks in Urea plant. After completion of welding & NDT clearance done hydro test, vacuum test of bottom and commissioning it.

4. Alpha Services Pvt. Ltd., (October 2006 – February 2007)
Project : Essar Oil Ltd. Vadinar, Jamnagar
Roles and responsibilities :
- I had worked with Alfa Services Pvt. Ltd as Skilled Commissioning Engineer at Essar Oil Ltd, Jamnagar.
- Here my responsibility was to check out all types of Piping connected to tanks, pumps and also Tank construction work with the help of P & I Diagram & GAD in Dispatch area of Refinery and list out punch points of balance work and mark out completed work.
- After completion of work done pre-commissioning activity like Hydro test, Card Board Blast, Pneumatic Test of All pipe lines connected to tanks & pumps. And done vacuum test, hydro test of tanks .After pre-commissioning activity done flushing of all pipe lines, tanks and then done final Box-up with permanent gasket.
- Make check list of punch points & also check abnormality.

5. I had worked with Chem Contract Pvt. Ltd. as a Piping Supervisor at I.P.C.L, G.A.C.L. & I.O.C.L Baroda., Birla Copper, Dahej & G.N.F.C., Bharuch From 01/06/2004 to 7/10/2006. I have knowledge about all types piping Fabrication, Erection ,Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning work like Hydro test, Pneumatic test, Flushing, Steam Blowing of boiler pipe lines, All types of valves erection, Supporting work and also work in pumps, heat exchanger, column piping.

6. I had worked with Ladco Enterprises as a Mechanical Supervisor at G.S.F.C. Baroda from 10/7/2003 to 22/5/2004. Here I had done mechanical jobs like Piping Fabrication, Erection, Tank fabrication, dismantling of pipes, Valves and replacement of it and also work of Pumps, Heat Exchanger.
