Description : The aim of this project is to monitor certain patients, in case of emergency need when there is no nurse present in the patient room. By using the ZigBee wireless communication defined by the IEEE 802.15.4 protocol for data transmission. Deploying the respective sensors at specific nodes monitors the patients and the changes are observed at a remote computer terminal located a few meters away i.e. outside patients room and in hospital main areas (doctor room) etc. The sensors are interfaced to an At89s52 Microcontroller.
