Event Format :
Round 1 (Online):
** Teams will be given a short movie/documentary to analyze and answer the questions.
** The movie will have some HR related issues in it.
** The questions will pertain to Emerging economies.
** Link to the movie and the questions will be sent to the teams post registration
** The teams will have to answer the questions in a way which would benefit the emerging economies.
** Teams will have the liberty to make any assumptions, but they will have to justify their assumptions in their answers as a footnote.
** The document to be submitted should in the form of a PDF not exceeding 2000 words
** 5 teams will be shortlisted at the end of Round 1.

Round 2 : Scenario Analysis (on Campus Round)
** The shortlisted teams will be given scenarios prevailing in emerging economies on the spot.
** The teams will have to come up with a solution and justification for the same.
** The teams will be required to present their solutions in the form of PowerPoint Presentations and will be given 15 mins for presentation and Q & A.
** The team with the best solution will be declared as winners by the judges.

Rules of Participation:
1. Each Team should consists of 2 participants.
2. The 2 participants should be from the same institute and should be pursuing full time management course.
3. A participant should be part of one team only.
4. Any number of teams can participate from a single institute.
5. All teams are required to register on EMergeon13 Facebook page.
6. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all the participants

Important Dates :
Registration Begins: 10th October 2013
Submission: 22nd October 2013
Results: 26th October 2013
Campus Round: 10th November

Prizes :
1. First Prize – Rs 30000/-
2. Second Prize – Rs 15000/-
Certificates will be issued to both the teams.
