Short Film Making Competition :
Registration Fees(per Team) : Rs 2000/-

Guidelines:
1. The participating team must consist up to 4 members.
2. All the members must be present at the screening of their movie.
3. The short film can include images, photos, videos, animation or any combination of
these elements.
4. It should be clear & should be of high resolution.
5. The short film duration for Filmato (youth empowerment) must be upto 3 minutes and
for CSR VidFest an original CSR film of an organization with reasonably short length.
6. Video format should ideally be AVI, FLV or MP4.
7. Film can be in any language (English, Hindi or any other regional language. All non- English films must have English sub-titles.)

Rules & Regulations:
1. Short Film must be an original work. Plagiarism in any form is not allowed.
2. The entrant is responsible for the contents of the film and should not violate copyright and patent laws.
3. The video must not benefit any political party or official interest group by the use of logos, brands, or representatives of parties.
4. All expenses of making the movie will be borne by the participants themselves.
5. Participants are required to submit 2 DVD copies of their film.
6. No vulgarity or obscene acts should be showcased anywhere in the video.
7. The movie should not hurt the sentiments of any nation, religion, caste, color or gender.
8. No movie/movie copy will be returned and once submitted becomes a part of the competition archive. Re-submissions not permitted and any such requests will not be entertained.
9. The decision of the jury will be final and binding.

A Trophy with cash prize :
Winner - Rs 50,000/-
1st Runner up - Rs 30,000/-
2nd Runner up - Rs 20,000/-
