Essential :
a) For Disciplines other than Engineering Subject Doctoral degree in relevant subject including relevant basic sciences with 8 years experience in relevant subject Scientist/Lecture/Extension specialist or in an equivalent position the pay band-3 of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.5400/Rs.6000/Rs.7000/Rs.8000 having made contribution to research / teaching / extension as evidence by published work / innovation and impact.
b) For Engineering disciplines :
Doctor degree in relevant Agriculture engineering subject with 6 years experience as Scientist / Lecturer / Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay bond-3 of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.5400/Rs.6000/Rs.7000/Rs.8000 having made contribution to research / teaching / extension education as evidenced by published work/innovative and impact. OR
Master’s degree in the relevant agricultural engineering subject with 10 years experience as Scientist / Lecturer / Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay bond-3 of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.5400/Rs.6000/Rs.7000/Rs.8000 having made contribution to research / teaching / extension education as evidenced by published work / innovative and impact.
Age Limit: Should not exceed more than 45 years of age as on date of notification appeared in the News paper.
Desirable : Specialization in implementing extension education programmes.
