General Instructions :
** Maximum 10 participants per College.
** Note- Online Registered Participants only allowed/No Spot Registration.
** All the participants are asked to bring thier ID Card.
** Food and Refreshment will be provided.
** No TA/DA.
** It is the responsibility of the participant to avoid clashes between the events.
** College are requested to send the participant list through e-mail or post on or before 7th October 2013.
** Judges Decision will be the final for all events.
** Accommodation will be provided only on prior request.

Paper Presentation :
Event Rules :
** Maximum two authors per paper (May be from different disciplines and Institutes).
** Font Size for Topic 14 with Bold and Underlined, Subtitles 12, Remaining 10.
** Font should be “Times new roman”.
** Paper size A4 with 1.25”margin on left,1” margin on other sides.
** Text should be presented with 1.5 line spacing.
** Maximum 10 pages including title page, abstract, statistical analysis and diagrams are permitted.
** Title page must include names of the authors with institute names, correspondence addresses, email IDs and contact numbers.
** Clearly mention the discipline and topic at the right hand corner of the envelope.

** Prelims will be conducted (related to Computer Subjects).
** Final Round in C, C++, JAVA.

Short Film :
** Participants can send their documentary/movies of their own topic not exceeding 20 minutes.
** downloaded content strictly prohibited & PPT/SLIDESHOW also not allowed
** Adult and Harmful Contents Strictly Prohibited.
** One of the participants (actor/director) is must be included in the film.
