We invite applications for the following position:
DIVISIONAL MANAGER – LEGAL (Mumbai)

Candidate will be responsible to ensure the legality of commercial transactions, advising the Bank on their legal rights and duties, including the duties and responsibilities of the team of officials in the Legal Department. for all matters pertaining to title of property, documentation, title search, charge creation, mortgages, Cersai & ROC creation, etc. He / She must be conversant with contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, intellectual property rights, licensing, mergers / acquisitions and Co-operative laws.

Candidate should be a thorough legal professional possessing qualification of L.L.B. / L.L.M. He /she should ideally be around 40 years of age with minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in a Bank.

Age limit may be relaxed in deserving cases at the discretion of the Management.
