Notice for change in vacancies and issue of duplicate Admit Card for Employment Notice No. RRC/ECR/GP 1800/1/2012.

The provision of sub-quota within the quota reserved for Other Backward Classes as notified in referred employment notice stands quashed.

As per instructions of Railway Board, the shortfall of Physically Handicapped quota of previous employment notice no. RRC/ECR/Group-D/1/2010 is added in the Employment notice under reference. Thus, after adding 96 PH quota shortfall (VH-3, HH-93), the PH quota vacancies are revised as 163 instead of 67 and total vacancies are revised as 2322 instead of 2226.

Issue of Duplicate Admit Cards:
Admit Cards of all the eligible candidates have been dispatched /are being dispatched one month before the date of written examination. In Case of non-receipt of Admit Cards, candidate can get duplicate Admit Cards as per the following schedule:

Important Note: Duplicate admit cards will not be issued on the day of written examination and before scheduled date.

Essential Document for duplicate Admit Cards :-
The candidate should bring with them the following documents to get duplicate Admit Cards:-
(i) One Passport size photograph identical to that pasted on the application.
(ii) One Self attested photocopy of educational qualification certificate showing date of birth as attached along with the application.

Print out taken from the Internet is not a valid admit card for written examination:
All candidates are hereby informed that the details regarding written examination given on the website of Railway Recruitment Cell, East Central Railway is only for general information of candidates, print out of which is not a valid admit card for appearing in the written examination. They shall be allowed to appear in written examination only with proper Admit Cards (with scanned photo) issued by Railway Recruitment Cell, East Central Railway. Candidates having photocopy of admit card, fax copy or scaned copy will not be allowed to appear in the written examination.
