Robo Combat :
Rules :
** Maximum 4 minutes for each war.
** Maximum 3 participants in a team
** Burning types of instruments are not allowed.
** War will be on knockout basis.
** None of your bots must be prominently displayed on the machine.
** Teams with fire, electromagnet, any liquid , fluids ,etc are not allowed to participate.
Judging Criteria :
** The teams will be judged on the basis of damage done to the opponent’s robot.
** Judge’s decision shall be treated as final and binding to all.
Team specification:
** A team may consist of a maximum of 3 participants.
** Students from different institutions can form a team.

Line Tracer :
Rules :
** The line-following robots will be required to complete laps around the race course.
** Line-following courses and line mazes will use standard 314 inch electrical tape as the line.
** There will be 3 possible courses.
** The exact course before the contest will be unknown .
** A robot is declared victorious with the least time.
** Only one check-point skip(time +30s). 3 hand touches are allowed.
** Track width will be 2 cm.
Team Specifications :
** Any team can participate in line follower robots. A team may consist of maximum participants.
** These participants can be from same or different institutions.
** Team name - Every team must have a name which must be unique .
** organizers should be notified in case of name change before the contest.

Rules :
** The time limit for the movies is 15 minutes.
** Movies can be in any language.
** English subtitles is a must.
** No genre restriction .
** Participants are requested to upload their videos on you Youtube and mail us the link of the same at movies@gnistav2.com along with their name and title of the name.
** Last date of submission October 3rd.
