Market Research Analyst

Role Description :
Market Research Analyst will be responsible for providing information on competitors, potential customers, analysts, media, and industry trends in the US and UK marketplace, focusing primarily on companies interested in entering the Indian market. The person will stockpile data in a user-friendly format for review by senior staff, marketing personnel, and sales to facilitate them in making informed decisions.

He/she will determine best practices for market research and analysis and implement those practices here at Sannam S4. In addition, the person in this role will perform comparative analysis of cumulative market research projects and regularly report findings to key stakeholders, create presentations and other communication tools to summarize data findings.

Responsibilities :
Undertake competitive market research focusing on the current and future trends of market expansion worldwide.
Identify sales prospects based on target parameters.
Develop, implement and analyze primary market research programs to identify and validate new business opportunities, as well as grow existing products/services.
Draw upon market research by analyzing data and contribute to strategic recommendations based on the information.
Store gathered information so that it can be quickly retrieved for analysis.
Conduct research in a way that supports corporate strategic initiatives to grow our customer base, strengthen customer relationships and increase purchase frequency.
Effectively interface with key constituents to formulate plans, determine what data/information to gather, and customize research projects to meet their needs.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with co-workers and management.
Lead design and execution of all customer information projects, including customer satisfaction/loyalty, industry studies, workflow gap analyses, etc.
Manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders across the organization, meeting deadlines and objectives.
Clearly document and communicate key findings and recommendations.

Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Research, Social Sciences or Business Administration.
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Marketing with emphasis on primary and secondary market research.
Strong analytical skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver high quality results.
