Group Dance Competition :
Registration :
** Last date for online registration for the event is 10th October. No on the spot registration.
Rules:
** Anybody of age 18 and above can participate.
** Teams would be required to submit a 5 minute video (a youtube link) of their performance. On the basis of the video, teams will be selected for performance in the preliminary rounds for Group Dance Competition.
Prelims:
** The maximum time allowed for the performance is 5+2 minutes. (Should be a part of team's final performance.)
** Maximum team size - 25 - there must be at least 6 members on stage at any point during the performance.
** Free style dance (all kinds of dances allowed).
** There is restriction on the use of fire or any inflammable object and glass shatter on stage.
** Negative points may be awarded in such a case.
** There are no marks for costumes as well as props in the prelims.
** The teams must bring CDs for the music (audio format) or songs in a laptop. Selected teams will go in the final round.
** DATE - 17th October starting 12 pm.
** Everyone should produce their original ID Cards of their respective colleges at time of the prelims.
Finals :
** This round is a free style dancing round in which all kinds of dance are allowed.
** Maximum time allowed for the performance is 8+2 minutes. Teams exceeding this time will be penalized
** A minimum of 6 members must be on stage at any time during the performance
** There is restriction on the use of fire or any inflammable object and glass shatter on stage.
** Teams can consist of a maximum of 20+5 members.
Evaluation Criteria :
** Submitted entries will be evaluated by an experienced panel of eminent dance personalities.
** All decisions are at the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee.
** Stage performance will be judged and final winners will be declared on the basis of the scores of this round.
How To Submit :
** Login with your RDV number and provide the RDV numbers of all your team members while registering.
** Teams are required to provide the YouTube link of their dance performance while registering for initial short listing.

Madonnaro : Street Painting
** The Theme will be given on the spot.
** Team size: Max 5 members.
** Prelims may be held depending upon the number of registrations.
** In case of prelims, the team will have to paint the same design which they were to make during the final event on a given sheet of paper, using the given material.
** Material will be provided by the club, teams are not allowed to bring their own material.
** Time limit - 90 min (for prelims), 2 hours (main event)
** Size - As Provided.
** No external help such as internet will be allowed during the event.
** In case of any conflict, the secretary’s decision would be final and binding.

Western Solo :
** You must be 18 years old or over to be eligible. Registration is free and open to all on a first-cum-first-serve basis,
** however a maximum of three separate entries will be allowed per college.
** From the moment a participant’s name is announced, he/she will have a total of 5 minutes to go to the stage,
** set an instrument (if needed), perform a sound check (if required), and perform.
** Exceeding time will result in penalties.
** Participants will have the option of playing along with an instrumentalist as a team,
** however only TWO instrumentalists will be allowed to accompany a participant.
** Drum kits, a Line 6 amplifier, a synthesizer, and an acoustic guitar will be provided by IIT-Delhi;
** for all other instruments it will be the responsibility of the participant and the accompanying instrumentalist to arrange and maintain the instrument.
** Use of synthesizer tracks is Strictly Forbidden.
** Any participant found violating this rule would be liable to immediate disqualification.
** The chosen song can be of any western genre.
** The result will be declared soon after the competition ends by a panel of judges.
** The result given by the judges will be final and only IIT-Delhi reserves the right to make changes to the result if needed, under extreme circumstances.
** Judge’s decision will be final and binding to all.
** IIT Delhi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry at any time in the event
** it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these rules or has acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
** There will be prelims followed by a final round.

Finals:
** Date - 20 October
** Time - 3:30 PM
