NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH (NICMAR), established over thirty years ago by the Indian Construction Industry, is India's leader Post Graduate Institute in Construction Management, Real Estate Management, Infrastructure Management, Project Management (CRIP). Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, has recognised the Institute as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO). With strong support from the industry, NICMAR is recognised as a prestigious Centre of Excellence in techno-management education in CRIP. The Institute has near 100% campus placement record, including overseas placement, even during recent economic downturn. Applications are invited for admissions to the following programmes for academic year 2014.

1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM): Offered from Pune, Hyderabad, Goa and Indore Campuses Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM): Offered from Pune Campus Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

3. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Offered from Pune Campus Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

4. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM): Offered from Pune Campus This multi-disciplinary programme aims at in-depth competency development for leadership positions in rapidly growing infrastructure sector, infrastructure financing and investment organisations. The programme focuses on integrated approach to manage infrastructure projects, i.e. structuring, financing, development, execution and management. Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

5. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying (PGP QS): Offered from Hyderabad Campus Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

6. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Offered from Hyderabad Campus Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.
