    Job Description
    Responsible for all inventories in the club i.e. glassware, crockery, cutlery, and liquor inventory of overall consumption of the club; preparing Duty Roaster and Duty allocations; ordering of Liquor & soft beverages; providing training to bartenders to make accurate drinks according to the Elevate Manual. Dealing with excise department for obtaining liquor license; maintaining par stock for beverages according to the hospitality standards; preparing MIS report with the assistance of controller; responsible for complete operation of all the bars of club; maintaining punctuality & discipline in the F & B department and making cash payment to the DJ’s performing in the club and other cash and credit transactions; assisting Promotion Manager in promoting club operation; collecting all the sale proceeds of the club; reconciling sale of all floors as well as physical stock f liquor; monitoring bar area and ensuring guests receive proper service and attention; briefing club staff and ensuring that all machines are working before any event.

    candidate should have 4 to 7 yrs of experience in club operation..... pleasing peronality with excellent communication skills
