    CAREER OBJECTIVE

    PRESENT STATUS
    - Working as Assistant Manager Facility Cum Night Manager with IVY super Speciality hospital Mohali.
    Job Responsibilities as Facility Incharge :
    - Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of the hospital premises
    - Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of patient and their attendant satisfaction.
    - Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff, including the day, event and post-event crews.
    - Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
    - Conduct inspections of all patient rooms and offices.
    - Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members.
    - Maintain the housekeeping budget, providing cost effective procedures and techniques.
    - Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and /or replacement of used and damaged equipment. Inter departmental coordination.

    Job Responsibilities as Night Manager :
    - To take regular rounds of the premises & ensure all measures are dhered to.
    - In case there are too many emergencies coming in then call the doctor / nurse on duty from the ward for help.
    - To assign duties to subordinates& allocation of post keeping in view the requirements.
    - Ensure that the staff on duty is alert at night.
    - To deal with patients / visitors, guide them as required. In case there are any related issues with regard to the patient ensure that you take over and satisfy the requirements put forth by the patient.
    - Inter department co-ordination for day to day complaints from operations department.
    - To keep the Security Incharge appraised and informed of conditions and security activities in the Hospital.
    - To take charge of investigations of all reported crimes, injuries or any unusual incidents; makes necessary reports to document incident.
    - To take round of the wards along with the nursing supervisor on duty and meet all patients and take feedback.
    - To fill in the night duty report and forward it to the Managing Director.
    LAUNDRY
    - Ensure all equipment is clean and well maintained.
