    Strategise the revenue model for Banquet Sales Business. Ensure proper
    planning and execution of events (parties, press conferences, corporate events, etc. )
    through co-ordination with operations and F & B team. Build a strong network within the
    industry to ensure competative advantage and customer loyalty. Lead the team to
    attain set targets. Ensure regular growth through new offers and creative combinations,
    leveraging on the other business formats. Ensure profitability through thorough cost –
    benefit analysis. Deisgn and develop Customer Relationship plan to enable brand recall
    an repeat customers. Corporate Tie-ups. Deal Closures. Ensure cash inflow through
    timely collections from customers.


    1. Handling the inquries for banquets.

    2. Converting the tentative booking in confirmation.
    (Confirmation should be against the 50% of the total amount as an advance.)

    3. Making sure that the total amount should be collected atleas seven days before
    the function.

    4. Doing the Menu planning by consulting with the guest.(as per the selected
    Menu)

    5. Making the Food Plan (F.P) in six coppies which has to be distributed to
    different department related with banquet functions.

    6. Making the hall ready atleas half n hour before the function timming.

    7. Making sure that every activity is soomthly carried on till the windup of the
    function.

    9. Last but not least, clearance. Each and every thing should be cleared and kept at
