General Rules :
** All participants should bring their college ID card on the day of conference
** Participants should come in formals with shoes
Presentation Rules :
** A team can have a maximum of two members.
** Two hard copies and one soft copy should be brought on the day of presentation.
** Papers must be in IEEE Format or else, it will be rejected.
** Paper should not exceed 6 pages in A4 size.
** Soft copy should be in .doc/.docx format compatible with MS Word 2007.

Registration Details :
Upto 2 Members :
** UG/PG - 300 Rs/-
** Research Scholar/Faculty - 500 Rs/-
Additional member fee per :
** Student - 150 Rs/-
** Research Scholar/Faculty - 250 Rs/-
Note :
** Upon selection of papers, DD should be taken in favour of "VEL TECH" payable at Chennai.
** Registration to be done only after the intimation of Paper selection.
** After online registeration candidates are requested to send their scanned copy of DD and the soft copy of the paper to inomas13@gmail.com
