Entry Fee :
** For WGMs, WIMs Free Rated above 2400 and above free Rated 2300 to 2399 - Rs.1000/-;
** Rated 2200 to 2299 –Rs.1500; Rated 2100 to 2199 - Rs.2500/-;
** Rated 2000 to 2099 - Rs.4500/-; Rated 1800 to 1999 - Rs.5000/-;
** Rated 1600 to 1799 - Rs.5500/-; Rated 1300 to 1599 - Rs.6000/-;
** Rated 1000 to 1299 - Rs.6500/-;
** Unrated Rs. 7000/-
** Maximum entry for Tamilnadu players Rs. 4000/-(No lodging will be provided for Chennai and adjoining districts players)
** No request towards waiver of entry fee will be entertained.

The last date of entry: 28th Oct 2013 Entries with late fee of Rs.500/- from 29th Oct to 1stt Nov 2013

** Entries may be sent by DD favouring Tamil Nadu State Chess Association payable at Chennai.

Registration:
** AICF registration fee for 2013-14 is compulsory for all Indian participants.
** The registration fee of Rs. 250/- will be accepted at the venue for the convenience of the players.
** Players from Tamil Nadu must be registered with TNSCA.
** The registration fee is Rs. 100/- for the year 2013-14.

Accommodation:
** All participants will be provided free accommodation (other than Chennai and adjoining District players).
** The accompanying persons will have to bear their own expenses.

Tournament Rules:
System of Play:
** The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System with 11 rounds.

Tie Break:
** In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Tie Break Rules shall come in to effect.
** The Cash prizes however will not be shared.
