Entry Fee :
** For GMs, IMs, WGMs, WIMs Free
** Rated 2400-2499 Rs. 2500/- Rated 2300-2399 Rs. 4500/-
** Rated 2200-2299 Rs. 5000/- Rated 2100-2199 Rs. 5500/-
** Unrated Rs. 8000/-
** Maximum entry for Tamilnadu players Rs. 4000/-(No lodging will be provided)
** No request towards waiver of entry fee will be entertained.

Entries with late fee : Rs. 500 1st Nov 2013 to 10th Nov 2013
** Entries will also be accepted at the venue till 20:00 Hrs. on 14th
** November 2013 with a late fee of Rs. 1,000/-.
** No request towards waiver of entry fee or waiver of late fee will be entertained.
** Entries may be sent by DD favouring Tamil Nadu State Chess Association payable at Chennai.

Registration:
** AICF registration fee for 2013-14 is compulsory for all Indian participants.
** The registration fee of Rs. 250/- will be accepted at the venue for the convenience of the players.
** Players from Tamil Nadu must be registered with TNSCA.
** The registration fee is Rs. 100/- for the year 2013-14.

Accommodation:
** All participants will be provided free accommodation (other than Chennai and adjoining District players).
** The accompanying persons will have to bear their own expenses.

Tournament Rules:
System of Play:
** The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System with 11 rounds.

Tie Break:
** In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Tie Break Rules shall come in to effect.
** The Cash prizes however will not be shared.
