*Minimum Requirements: *
- Senior business analyst with an insurance and I.T. background
- Thorough knowledge of IVR systems, best practices and processes
- Background in IVR Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) - recommended
but not required
- Proven track record of assessing IVR systems and processes, while
facilitating the fulfillment of client objectives
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal. Individual will
be required to present recommendations to senior management, as well as
build working relationship Company Associates at all levels to ascertain the
information formulating the recommendations
- Be able to primarily operate from Company facilities in Bethlehem,
PA, with travel to other Company facilities in NY, NY, Spokane, WA and
Appleton, WI.
