Note :
Call letters showing the Date, Time & Venue of Interviews will be uploaded on website in the last week of September 2013 and must be downloaded by the candidates by entering their correct Roll Number and Date of Birth (as mentioned in the application form) in the space provided. In case of any difficulty, please contact 011-26546421, 26594499, 26546422.

The candidates appearing for Interviews must bring the following documents in original along with one set of attested copies of the documents;
1. Admit Card

2. Call letter (Downloaded from AIIMS website)

3. All Academic Certificates as per Advertisement dated 10.07.2013 ( 20-26th July 2013 Employment News). Any candidate acquiring the qualification including certificate of Registration as Nurse & Midwife after date of closing of online registration i.e. 05.08.2013 cannot be treated as eligible and will not be allowed to appear for Interview.

4. Matriculation / High School Higher Secondary Certificate showing Date of Birth.

5. The candidate should bring the following certificate, if applicable;
a) SC/ST/OBC Certificate issued by the competent authority (duly attested by gazetted officer) and should be in English or Hindi language. Community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate.

b) OBC Certificate issued by the Competent Authority. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer. OBC certificate must be in the prescribed proforma.

6. Candidates in government service, must produce ‘NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE’ from employer.

7. Departmental endorsement / service particulars duly certified by the Organization in case age relaxation is claimed for being an in-service candidate (applicable only for Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies)

8. Experience certificate, if any.

9. In case, candidate have applied under “Physically Handicapped (OL)” a certificate to this effect from competent authority to be produced. All such candidates will be subjected to the special medical board review. Appearance in the Interview will be subject to clearance by special medical board constituted by the Institute.

10. The RESULT is PROVISIONAL subject to verification of the data and the documents to be produced by the candidates at the time of Interview.

11. Candidates meeting all eligibility criteria and producing all requisite documents will only be interviewed.

12. Correctness of details filled in by the Candidate in their online application form is solely the responsibility of the candidates. Any wrong information provided and detected at any stage will result in disqualification of the candidature.
