Designation Civil Engineer

Job Description Direct construction, operations and maintenance activities at site to ensure completion of the project within time and cost parameters,
Monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
Advise on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment and color co-ordination.
Doing all kind of supervision for interior including lay-outing, civil works, electrical works, plumbing works, wood works, false ceiling/POP works etc. The work includes timely billing and coordination with the clients & architects.
Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor.
Provide technical advise regarding design, construction or program modifications and structural repairs to managerial personnel.
Liaison work with government/other agencies to obtain all technical sanctions/approvals.
Contract administration and enforcement.
Advance planning of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations & finalization for purchase of all technology parts, raw material and capital goods.
Desired Profile The incumbent should have required expertise and experience in managing entire project site activities. Essential Skills: Analytical Thinking, Negotiation, Critical Monitoring, Judgment and Decision Making, Complex Problem Solving, good communication and knowledge of various statutory laws and their compliance.
