3.To coordinate with the consultants (architectural, structural, plumbing and electrical) to get the required drawings for smooth functioning of site work well ahead in advance.
4.To follow up daily with local architects / project managers to receive daily updates on work–in-progress.
5.To attend to periodic site meetings to supervise on site work.
6.To manage cost reduction with innovative design.
7.To supervise on site work to ensure quality work within the schedule.
8.To be responsible for on-site execution of plans.
9.To coordinate with Liasoning Architects & Liasoning department for timely completion of projects.
10.To keep track record of all the projects.

Responsibility :
Job Profile:
1) Preparation of Master Construction Programme.
2) Making critical activity list & look ahead schedules.
3) Tracking and closely monitoring of projects with the help of DPR, MPR.
4) Updating Schedule on regular basis.
5) Constant interaction with disciplines to avoid slippage of schedule.
6) Entire Project Analysis, Delay analysis, Variance analysis and Cost reports.
7) Preparation and monitoring of material and contract procurement plan. MIS preparation.
8) Facilitating an analytical role to Project In charges by study of work contracts, co-coordinating with site offices, focusing on constraint resolutions for smooth functioning and timely execution of the projects.
9) Organizing and managing Progress review meeting.
10) Involved in Planning for site meetings, seminars and workshop for execution dept.
11) Involved in Preparation of various inputs from planning dept. to other dept for smooth functioning of projects.
