Each State Mission Authority(SMA) would have a State Resource Centre for Women(SRCW) to assist it. The State Resource Centre for Women will work for the convergence of women centric programmes / schemes of various Central and State Governments and Gender mainstreaming of Government programmes to make gender concerns integral to the planning process.

To implement this, the following posts in the State Resource Centre for Women (SRCW) are to be filled on consolidated pay by the Director of Social Welfare on contract basis through the selection committee. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts.

1.Name of the post : Project Advisor
No. of post : 1
Essential Qualification & Experience :
i) Master’s Degree in Social Work/Economics/ Women’s Studies / Law / Governance/ any other related field.
ii) Minimum experience of 5 years of working on women’s issues, with at least 3 years spent in managing and leading projects and teams.
iii) Good knowledge of Computers - MS Office / spread sheet, presentation packages.
iv) Excellent understanding and knowledge of women’s issues and policies and programme of the Government, at the National and State level.
Salary p.m (Rs.) :50000
Age: 40-50 Years

2.Name of the post : State Coordinator

Essential Qualification & Experience:
i) Master’s Degree in Social Work/Economics/ Women’s Studies / Law / Governance/ any other related field.
ii) Minimum experience of 3 years of working on women’s issues.
iii) Good knowledge of Computers - MS Office / spread sheet, presentation packages.
iv) Experience in the livelihood sector, including exposure to the Microfinance sector.
Salary p.m (Rs.) :35000

3.Name of the post : Assistant Coordinator

Essential Qualification & Experience:
i )Master’s Degree in Social Work//Economics /Women’s Studies / Law / Governance/ any other related field
ii) Minimum experience of 3 years of working on women’s issues.
iii) Must have Computer knowledge and ability to work in various MS office packages.
iv) Experience of working in the areas of training and capacity building.
v) Experience of working in the health and nutrition sector.

4.Name of the post : Research Officer

i) Master’s Degree in Social Work/Economics/ Women’s Studies / Law / Governance/ any other related field.
ii) Minimum experience of 3 Years in Research field
iii) Must have Computer knowledge and ability to work in various MS Office, date analysis packages like SPSS, STATA etc.,

5.Name of the post : Data Entry Operator
