The following are the Terms and Conditions for use of the K1 Service. Please read them carefully. Access to and/or use of the K1 Site is subject to the following rules as well as all applicable terms and conditions while registering with KarnatakaOne BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS OR BY MAKING PAYMENT TRANSACTION YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE RULES(Terms and conditions)while performing transactions through the KarnatakaOne web Portal. The usage of the K1 Portal is simple and user friendly and it does not require any expertise so as to avail the service online.All you have to do is get registered with KarnatakaOne.

Online payments are accepted through credit card. At present Master and Visa Card only issued by any Bank can be used for payments by K1 web portal. (any bank having operations in India). The validation and verification of the credit card lies solely with the credit card gateway provider.

Note : K1 uses Payment gateway provided by UTI bank. KarnatakaOne doesn't capture the credit card number due to security reasons. UTI is responsible for any issues related to payment through the UTI payment gateway. It is duty of the citizen to enter the credit card number correctly while making online payments. Note: We recommend making payments at least 24 hours earlier than the last payment date. All the rules for arrears will be applicable as per corresponding department utilities terms and conditions.
