Job Description
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in IT
- Minimum of 3 years SQL Server experience (including 2005)

Required Technical Skills:

- Expertise in SQL Server 2005 including the BI toolset
- Excellent Transact SQL – writing stored procedures, creating database tables and views
- Experience in ETL package design using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS & BIDS)
- Good knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Good knowledge of Kimball methodologies for data warehouse design
- Skilled in dimensional modeling – particularly STAR schemas and handling slowly changing dimensions
Desirable Skills
- SQL Server database administration
- Good knowledge of Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Report development using Report Designer and Report Builder
- Reporting Services administration
