Job Description
Sam Tech Datasys Pvt. Ltd. urgently requires medical transcriptionists, quality analysts, full-time home based medical transcriptionists, direct medical transcriptionists (MT and QA). MTs would be required to transcribe files up to at least 90% quality and proofer would be entrusted with a value addition task on that transcript and convert it to client deliverable 99% to 100% accuracy standards. Exposure to voice recognition software and hand-on experience in this segment would be an added advantage, though not mandatory.

As Complying to industry standards incumbent should be willing to work in rotational shifts in 24 x 7 x 365 days work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
Designation: Quality analyst (voice recognition/nonvoice recognition)

Prerequisites:
Should have a minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in the transcription industry.
Should be capable of delivering jobs with 99%-100% accuracy
Should have expertise in multiple report types and multiple specialties.
Exposure to voice recognition would be added advantage.
Ability to work well as a team player and attention to detail is also important.
Good attitude and communication skills.

Self starter with ability to work without much supervision

HBT
Candidates capable of working independently with 3 plus years of experience in multispecialties including operative and ER reports.
Selected candidates will be required to come down to Noida office for software training.
Should have sufficient power backup and necessary infrastructure.
Should be open to work in Night Shifts and Sundays.
