National level quiz - "Ascent Engineering Mastermind"

Ascent Engineering Mastermind is India’s biggest Inter Corporate Quiz for engineers. It kickstarted in 2012 and its second edition will be held on 21st and 29th September 2013. It will be a grand opportunity to witness a battle of wits amongst the best engineering minds in the country. Ascent Engineering Mastermind would have Zonal rounds in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi and Pune which would culminate in the shortlisted teams competing for the coveted honour in Mumbai.

Eligibility Criteria :
** The Quiz is open only to engineers working in companies in India.
** Engineers working in non engineering companies can participate too.
** Teams of 2 can participate. Both must be from the same company.
** Please carry your company ID card when you come to the Event.
** There is no participation fee for the quiz.
** There is no cap on the number of teams that can participate from the same company. However, no member can participate in more than one team.
** BCCL Group Company employees are not eligible to participate in the Quiz.
** Each team has to fill the registration form

Event Details :
Ascent is India's most widely circulated and read recruitment supplement. It is focused on Career Development, Human Resource Development, Employment and Job Opportunities. The supplement has 23 national editions, nearly 75 lakh+ readers, over 400+ companies advertising nearly 5000+ jobs every week. All the jobs published in the supplement are also posted online on www.itsmyascent.com.

Ascent Engineering Mastermind is India's biggest Inter Corporate Quiz for engineers which intends to bring together the brightest engineering minds in the country competing in a battle of wits. Teams of 2 participants each would be competing in the zonal rounds in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune and winning teams would be challenged in the finals in Mumbai.

Please note that the participation in the quiz is open to engineers working in companies in India. You can participate in teams of 2 representing your organization by filling the form below. If you haven’t decided upon your team mate, you can register individually and share details of your team mate later. Please go through the Eligibility and FAQ to know more.

Terms and Conditions :
By registering for the event, you also indicate your acceptance that the organizers can send you communication from time to time regarding Engineering Masterminds or any other initiatives by the organizers.

Rights of admission to the venue are at the sole discretion of Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. (BCCL).

Venue, date and timings are subject to change. The teams are advised to keep a watch at the Engineering Mastermind’s website.

By entering the event venue and / or participating in the quiz, the attendees permit themselves to be photographed / video graphed / recorded by electronic and print mediums for telecast / publication and other display usage of the organizers.

The decision of the Quizmaster & BCCL, for judging procedures will be final. For all other matters, BCCL shall be the sole deciding authority.

All prizes are non-encashable and non-transferable and have no residual cash value.

All prizes will be subject to conditions. Responsibility for any taxes as may be applicable on the prizes would be borne by the prize winners.

Any disputes on the prizes shall need to be cleared with the sponsor directly and BCCL has no responsibility towards redemption of the said vouchers / prizes.

Transportation / couriers or handling of the prizes is at the sole cost of the recipient of the prizes. BCCL shall bear no cost of delivering or handling charges for the prizes.
