Job Description
Will take all Incoming calls from clients.
b. Will make all Outgoing calls for scheduling, reminder, follow-ups, rescheduling of medical appointments for all clients.
c. Will make end of day (EOD) reports in MS Excel / MS Access and send to their immediate supervisors.
d. Will do quality checks of reports, scanning and other appropriate tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile
a.Is to ensure that all incoming calls are answered within first or second ring.
b. Also to ensure that all medical appointments are well co-ordinated with Applicant, Medical Service Provider, Patient Service Center, Spinning Centres and logistics.
c. Also to ensure all reports are dully Quality Checked and verified.
d. Also to ensure that all medical reports are sent within Turnaround time.
