Key Skills:
** Have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of teaching experience in the subject.
** Must have holistic understanding in multiple themes of General Studies' syllabus besides having a strong grip on the core subject (applying for).
** Must have strong communications skills (both written and verbal) as well as excellent presentation skills. An ideal trainer must be able to develop classroom content and present it in an innovative manner.
** Applicants who have appeared at the Civil Services Examination, must have cleared the Main Examination and sat for interview.
Education background : Post Graduation or higher in Geography from one of the top universities / colleges.
