Job Description
Staff Capacity Building
- Develop skills and understanding of Project Managers and field staff in project planning, monitoring, and reporting methodologies.
Project Support and Monitoring
- Provide advice and support to Project Managers on all areas of project cycle management processes.
- To monitor projects to ensure that they are implemented in accordance with project planning frameworks and budgets.
- To conduct six monthly and annual project reviews with project managers using a reflective and learning methodology.
- To support and coordinate evaluations of projects.
- To undertake participatory partner capacity assessments.

Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters in Development Studies / Social Sciences

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- At least 10 years experience in Community Development Projects
- Experience of preparing and managing multiple projects.
- Experience of conducting project planning, review and evaluation.
- Good knowledge of participatory research and planning tools and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Must have a good commend of both spoken and written English and computer literacy.

PERSONALITY
- Be able to work with people as a team player
