* Overseeing installation at various sites

* Shop floor supervision & administration.
* Overseeing wood works on sites & attending site meetings.
* Shop floor supervision & General Administration.
* Production Planning & Implementation.
* Meeting Export targets, liaison with government departments.
* Overall in charge of factory.
* Production Planning & Administration.
* Responsible for achievement of production targets.

Reducing Wastages and co-ordination with the Finance, purchasing, stores department

Education: B.Tech. (Mech. Engg/wood industry)
Exp- 8 years – 14 years in furniture factory

Erimu Company was established in 1992 as a Business venture to exploit the possibility of processing and manufacture of high quality wood products. Seven family members from the lineage of the Late Eridad Mukasa founded it.The Company was fully registered in 1995 as required by the Company Act of 1985, as ERIMU Company Limited. Two of the members of the Board are the active shareholders/ Directors and their respective positions.

Sir, I have completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Service this year. This I did after completing my graduation from Sambalpur University, Orissa in Botany Honors. I have completed my schooling from St. Josephs Convent School, Rourkela. I have been a good student throughout my studies and won scholarship awards in my school for the year 1996-97 and 1998-99. Besides this I have also won first prize in science seminar organized by the Biology Department of our college in graduation level. In the post-graduation level, at our institute, we have been given excellent teaching inputs augmented with rich practical exposures like urban field exposures, rural field exposures and the organizational visit. I had been the group representative in urban field work. I along with my team mates have organized several advocacy and community mobilization programmes in our slum area. My specialization paper in the PGDRD programme is Reproductive Child Health and gender in development. I did my dissertation in the district headquarter of CARE, Jharkhand in the topic, “cultural and social practices regarding menstruation among adolescent girls in Ranchi”. I am keenly interested to work in the area of public health. I have secured 81% in the PGDRD programme from XISS and I am the second topper of my batch 2007-09
