Who can Apply for Scholarship ?
Student must be of Jharkhand State.
Student must be either Schedule Tribe (ST) or Schedule Cast (SC) or Backward Class (OBC).
Students Family Income from all sources should not exceed as per the list given below:
Schedule Tribe (ST) or Schedule Cast (SC) Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rs Two Lakh Only)
Backward Class (OBC) Rs. 1,00,000/- ( Rs One Lakh Only)

Who cannot Apply for Scholarship ?
Students belonging to the categories other than SC, ST, BC
SC,ST Students whose annual parental income is more than Rs. Two Lakhs and OBC Students whose parental income is more than Rupees One lakh.

Colleges Eligible :
All Post Matric Colleges in Jharkhand recognized by Government of Jharkhand/Competent Authority.

Courses Eligible :
Post Matric Courses approved by the concerned University/Board having duration of 1 year and above

Reasons for Rejection:
If not the bonafide student .
Incorrect Caste Certificate , Income Certificate .
Non Upload of caste, Income certificate .
Incorrect course & year of study .
Non Upload of Scanned copy of Online System generated application duly filled and signed with concern person.
Student admitted under management quota .

For Academic year 2013-2014, will it be New/Renewal?
For the current academic year i.e. 2013-2014 students are directed to apply as new application. Students those who have applied online earlier should also have to file the application as new application for current academic year i.e. 2013-2014 because since 2013 we are taking scanned copy of all required documents.

Where do I send my application?
There is no need to send application. After filing your online application and taking the print out / hard copy of the application, you have to fill the application form and take signature of concerned person and have to scan this system generated application and upload it with your login id and password(which is generated after apply online), along with Scanned copy of all Documents which is given below:
