    Job Description
    Candidate should have knowledge of general Company Secretarial duties including compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory and governance requirements. Providing assistance Company Secretary at subsidiary board / committee meetings. Maintenance of statutory registers for all group companies.

    Should be hands on at e filing of statutory returns under MCA – 21, ROC and stock exchange matters, writing of Board Meeting Agenda and minutes.

    Should have knowledge of general accounting concepts with hands on experience on tally.

    He should also have exposure to attending legal matters in various courts.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    The candidate should be a Graduate, preferably B.Com., having 3 to 5 years of experience in a medium sized limited company of repute. Good communication skills, leadership qualities and proficiency in computers is a must. The position reports to Company Secretary and Legal Head.

    my age is 41 years and I wanted to do secretary course. My qualification is B.com.LL.B. after completing this course could I get suitable job for me starting salary from 12000/- to 15000/- in Vashi , Navi Mumbai area or what starting salary I should get after completing this course?Could I am eligible for this job at this age. I am thin, not looking what is my age. no body can guess after looking me that my age is 41. taking advantage of this look could I get this job.
