We require junior lawyers at our offices in New Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai to assist us with legal research and writing on corporate law and IPR issues. The work will involve intensive legal research through on-line data bases and other resources and writing of case summaries on company law, FEMA, taxation, IPR and other corporate law issues. The work will also involve work on due diligence exercises, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must be able to speak and write in English fluently. Candidate must have computer knowledge and be able to conduct internet-based research. Candidate must be serious about the profession and seek to excel. Freshers excuse.
