Online Computer Based Test (CBT) for the Recruitment of Assitant Engineer (Civil/Electrical) & Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical)

Tentative Online Exam Dates : 14.09.2013 AND 15.09.2013

Minimum eligibility criteria are as below:
Assistant engg (civil/electrical) – Knowledge of Hindi Language and graduate (B.tech/B.E. from civil/electrical) from government recognized institution/university with at least 60% marks.
Junior engg (civil/electrical)—Regular Diploma from Recognized institution with at least 60% marks.

Age Limit :
For Assistant Engg (General Candidates):-Applying age is 21-40 year
For Junior Engg (General Candidates):-Applying age18-40 year
For OBC/ST/SC/Candidate belonging to the family of Freedom fighter:-max age is 45 year
For PH Candidate:-max age limit is 55 years if post is identified for PH candidate.
Note:-The age relaxation is only for the candidate who belongs to UP, who should also have a certificate issued by an appropriate authority.

IMPORTANT STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED TO FILL THE ONLINE APPLICATION:
Step 1: Candidates are first required to go to the UP HOUSING & DEVELOPMENT BOARD website pavp.com and click on the link “Recruitment”.
Step 2: You will be directed to the Main Page of "UTTAR PRADESH HOUSING & DEVELOPMENT BOARD ONLINE RECRUITMENT APPLICATION FORM”. Please make a note of the Important Dates.
Step 3: Click on “Apply Online” and fill your
(a) Personal Details
(b) Qualification Details
(c) Photo & Signature Scan Image upload (.JPG format with less than 80 KB Size, Width – 30 mm & Height 45 mm and File to be named after Candidate name. Example VikasPhoto.Jpg and VikasSign.jpg), Test City Preference & Declarations and

(d) Payment details. Notes, Instructions and Important Links will guide you to fill the application accurately. Please read them carefully.
Please click on mode of payment after confirming the details filled by you.
Application Payment Modes
** ONLINE PAYMENT – Please use your Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking mode to make the online payment.

It will be directed to Online Payment gateway, fill the necessary Card details and make the payment.
** OFFLINE PAYMENT – Download the Challan and Make the payment in Punjab National Bank (PNB) Branches and log in to application to fill the Challan receipt details.
Once Payment is made in the Punjab National Bank (PNB) branches, re-log in to the application and Click on “EDIT” button and fill below details for final submission;

Step 4: On successful submission of the above details as listed in Step 3, you will be able to view the complete application submitted by you including your Photo/Signature along with the message of Successful submission. Please take a print out of this application form which will have Unique application number printed on it.
Post filling the complete details in the online application form, the applicant will receive UPHB ID and Password through an automated E-Mail on your registered e-mail address and/or SMS on your registered Mobile Number.

PLEASE PRESERVE THIS UPHB ID AND PASSWORD AS YOU WILL REQUIRE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR HALLTICKET/ADMIT CARD USING THIS.

On the Main page "UTTAR PRADESH HOUSING & DEVELOPMENT BOARD (UPHB – 2013) ONLINE RECRUITMENT APPLICATION FORM” using this UPHB ID and Password you can View/Print your submitted application form. No changes can be made to the application form post submission

After successful completion of the online application, the candidate can take a print out of the submitted application and affix a self-attested latest passport size colour photograph in the space provided at the top right side corner of the application form.
