Job Description
Drafting and Vetting of Legal documents for our US/UK/India operations and client requirements.
Reviewing existing legal documents for our US/UK operational requirements.
Doing online research on Legal issues to assist clients across US/UK/India.
LPO experience preferable.

Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification: BL / LLB (from reputed universities) with UG preferably in a quantitative field

Experience: 2 to 4 years.

Required Skills:

- Legal research on lending, licensing agreements, IP issues,
employee agreements, NDAs, lease agreement…
- Excellent Document writing and summarizing skills
- Effective communication and strong analyzing skills
- Exposure to lending domain in US/UK preferable.
- Hands on experience in standard legal database searches
- Ability to work under pressure
