1.Name of the post : General Manager (Marketing)

Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate in Agriculture with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Business Management of Marketing from reputed Institutes. Post Graduate Degree in Management science from IIM or IMM will be preferred.
He must have minimum 8 to 10 years experience in planning, marketing strategy, monitoring market research, development of distributors’ network, pricing, advertising and demand forecasting at a very senior level.
Age (Maximum): 50 years.
Pay Scale : Pay Band-4 Rs 37400-67000 Grade Pay Rs 8700/-

2.Name of the post : General Manager (Processing)
No. of post : One
Qualification & Experience : M.Tech. 1st Class (Agril.Engineering) Preferably with specialization in Agriculture Processing Engineering. He must have minimum experience of 8 to 10 years in seed industry i.e. in the area of planning, processing, processing stores, installation and maintenance of Plant and Machineries, preparation of Project Reports, Material Management etc. at a senior level.
Age (Maximum): 50 years.
Pay Scale : Pay Band-4 Rs 37400-67000 Grade Pay Rs 8700/-
