Job Description
Responsible for prior art search/validity/invalidity search/patent drafting/writing responses to rejections(office action)/patent landscaping/patent litigation for top companies in the world.

Desired Candidate Profile
Assignment 1: Only for experienced professionals
Assignment 2: Freshers / For any graduate in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering/Science.

(Assignment 1)
Role: Patent Analyst
Profile: Applicants with minimum one year experience in any of the following: prior art search/validity/invalidity search/patent drafting/writing responses to rejections(office action)/patent landscaping/patent litigation with relevant educational background in Electronics or Telecommunication.

(Assignment 2)
Role Internship: Trainee Patent Analyst
Profile:PnB Legal Process Outsourcing Company, has openings for its upcoming projects in Patent. Candidates who wish to work with us must have educational background in electronics / telecommunications engineering.
Internship for a period of 6 months with focus on various functions & if found suitable company would extend an offer of full time employment.
All candidates will initially be trained on

* Invalidity
After the training program PnB will conduct a technical interview for all the candidates. Candidates who clear the interview will be recruited in PnB as Patent Analyst.
