The following vacancies are to be filled as an Individual Consultant basis for MACP; a World Bank funded Govt. of Maharashtra Project at Project Implementation Unit (MSAMB) in Pune. The Project period is up to December 2016 and the consultant’s period will be of one year which can be extended further. The details of individual consultant are as follows

1.Name of the post : Senior Civil Engineer Specialist
No. of post : 1
Qualification : A Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and relevant experience of managing civil works and Consultancy Contract.
Experience : Minimum experience of 20 years of management of Civil Construction work on a senior level in Government/Semi Government of which minimum five years experience should be of working on a, World Bank /other international development/Donor funded project involving management of civil works and consultancy contract.

2.Name of the post : Technical Officer
No. of post : 2
Qualification : A Bachelor degree in a Civil Engineering and relevant experience of scrutiny of tenders and bid evaluations report as per World Bank guidelines and experience of management of civil works and consultancy contract.
Experience : After Graduate Minimum experience for 7 years’ experience of management of civil construction works in Govt. one year for project involving a similar job.
Salary : Consolidated per month- Rs. 50,000/-

The following posts are to be filled on contract for MACP in Project Office at Pune. The Project period is for six years (Jan 2011 to Dec 2016) and the contractual period will be of one year which can be extended further. The posts are as Follows.

1. Name of the post : Procurement Specialist

Qualification : Masters degree with a major in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering / Law / Procurement / Finance / Business or Commerce ) & relevant training in procurement work.
Experience : Minimum experience for 10 years on a senior level Procurement position in State /Central/ Corporate Sector/ Government/Bank of which minimum two years should be working on World Bank funded project.
Age Limit : 65 Years
Salary : Consolidated per month- Rs. 60,000/- (negotiable)

2. Name of the post : Procurement Officer
No. of post : 1
Qualification : A degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. Engineering, Law, Procurement, Finance, Business or Commerce) and relevant training in procurement work
Experience : Minimum experience of 5 years on engineering project in Government/ Bank / Corporate Sector of which minimum two years should be related to the working on World Bank /other internationally funded development project involving a similar job.
Age Limit : 45 Years (Relaxable)
Salary : Consolidated per month- Rs. 40,000/-
