This document will elaborate the online form submission process for CRET - 2013 in detail. At individual field level. It is strongly recommended that the aspiring candidates must read this document to get a clear idea about how to fill the form.

The University of Allahabad shall conduct the COMBINED RESEARCH ENTRANCE TEST-2013 (CRET- 2013) at Allahabad for admission to the Doctor of Philosophy (D. Phil.) Programme of the University for the session 2013-14 in the subjects specified in SECTION 2 of this Bulletin.

Last Date of Submission of Forms Online : 10th SEPTEMBER 2013
Date from which Admit Cards will be available : 15th SEPTEMBER 2013
Date and Day of Examination : 29th SEPTEMBER 2013
Declaration Of Result : Last Week Of OCTOBER 2013

THE ONLINE APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION PROCESS, SCHEDULE AND TEST FEES FOR CRET-2013
A candidate who fulfils the minimum Eligibility Criteria (vide para 1.12), and seeks to appear in CRET-2013 in a Subject that is available and is also admissible to him / her (vide paras 2.02 and 2.04), must complete, and submit through the Internet, as per modality and schedule set out in the following paras, the prescribed ON-LINE APPLICATION / REGISTRATION FORM for appearing for the Level 1 Test / Level 2 Test / Level 3 Test (as the case may be) at CRET-2013 in the concerned / admissible Subject (vide para 2.04), and must remit, within due time, the admissible Test Fees to the University in the manner described.

NOTE: The candidate is strongly advised to familiarise himself / herself with the SCHEDULE for different processes/stages of CRET-2013.

[b][u]The On-line Application / Registration Form for CRET-2013 shall be accessible only during the dates specified in the Schedule at the University's special Website for CRET, namely - http://www.auadmission.ac.in. The candidate has to fill and submit the Form ON-LINE, in accordance with the instructions given in the said Website and also summarised in this Section.

For Online Registration the candidates are required to download the Challan of HDFC BANK LIMITED from the website and fill it up correctly by mentioning all the details required. The bank account number CRET - 2013 has to be clearly mentioned along with the appalicable fee. The TEST FEES prescribed for different categories of candidates for CRET - 2013 are as follows:

CATEGORY : GENERAL/OBC
TEST FEES for Candidates required to appear for (Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Tests) or (Level 2 and Level 3 Tests) : Rs 1000.00
TEST FEES for Candidates exempt from the Level 1 and Level 2 Tests, and required to appear only for the Level 3 Test : Rs 500.00

CATEGORY : SC/SC/PH/VH
TEST FEES for Candidates required to appear for (Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Tests) or (Level 2 and Level 3 Tests) : Rs 500.00
TEST FEES for Candidates exempt from the Level 1 and Level 2 Tests, and required to appear only for the Level 3 Test : Rs 250.00

The completed challan along with the fees can be deposited at any of the branches of HDFC BANK. Bank will give UNIQUE RECEIPT NUMBER on acceptance of the fee and this number is to be entered by the applicant on the online form.

If the fee payment receipt number entered by the candidate does not match will the details provided by the bank to the university then admit card will not be issued and application will be cancelled.

Bank will also give two copies ( Student Copy and University Copy ) of the challan to the candidate.
