Job Description
1. Drafting Legal document ,i. e Leave and license and License agreement , MOU ,Lease Deed , Joint Venture Agreement , Notice , Reply of Notice , Work Contract et

2. Verifying the property paper and all legal documents.

3. Compliance Labour Laws and statutory provision.

4. Submit labour return.

5. Resolve dispute between the company and other person as representative of the company.

6. Arrange license required for the smooth and legal working.

7. Help to Hr department to implement employee police benefit, towards employee and employer.

Desired Candidate Profile
Able to perepare all legal documentation; Prepare MOU; Letter of Intent; Deal with frachisee regarding franchisee store.
