Responsibilities :
** Work with the client to understand the ad-quality requirements and branding guidelines to create compelling ads that generate high response rates.
** Be able to understand the brand, its value proposition and review their website to create ads that are consistent with their overall design themes.
** Work with the other designers in the team to understand past projects and learn from them to create interesting ad concepts.
** Design creative, compelling and engaging international-quality ad designs using photoshop and other visualizer tools for Fortune 500 brands.
** Extremely responsive and very passionate about creating the best user experience.
Desired Skills & Experience :
** 2-4 years plus experience designing web sites, banner advertising and/or direct marketing emails.
** Exceptional typography, color and layout skills.
** Extremely creative and be able to translate abstract ideas into attractive designs.
** High proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and other tools is mandatory.
** Basic flash animation skills are mandatory; advanced knowledge is desired.
** Understanding of creative production cycles, strategies and concepts.
** Good communication skills and strong ability to closely follow art direction.

Flash Developer :

Responsibilities :
** Work with US and other foreign clients to understand the requirements for Rich Media projects to build interatctive HTML5 and/or Flash-based creative ad units with high quality and within the stipulated turn-around times.
** Work with the design team to develop complex interactions in AS3 and other related frameworks.
** Be able to use Javascript and CSS3 to build visually-appealing ads that are engaging and drive value
** Understand the value proposition of the brands and build creative that are aligned with their other related marketing activities.
** Work with social media integrations such as Youtube, Facebook and Twitter to create a wholesome advertising experience for the end user.
** Understand standard guidelines such as IAB and ensure the ad units adhere to them
Desired Skills & Experience :
** Expert knowledge of AS3 , CSS and Adobe Creative Suite 5 or 6
** 2-5 years of experience
** Demonstration of experience with class based applications or frameworks in AS3.
** History of strong user interface heavy website development OR experience with rich media ad development
** HTML5 and CSS3 is an added advantage
** Online portfolio preferred
** Experience in cross-browser compatibility issues and W3C standards compliance
** Background in the advertising industry is a plus
** Good problem-solving ability and can understand client requirements
** Great written and verbal communication skills to explain the work done and discuss via email/IM
** Ability to solve technical issues, troubleshoot creative and do it under pressure.
