Senior Software Engineer :
Qualifications : BE / BTech / MCA
Experience : 2-5 years
Skill Set : ASP.NET, AJAX, jQuery, WCF, javacript, SQL Server
Responsibilities :
** Should be capable of understanding the requirements and implementing the same in .NET.
** Should be capable of understanding the design solution provided by Team Lead/Solution Architect.
** Should mentor and assist his team. Sound knowledge in ORM concepts, WCF, AJAX ASP.NET and jQuery.

Senior Software Engineer :

Experience : 3-6 years
Skill Set :
** .NET Framework, HTML5, JavaScript, IIS ,JQUERY
** Knowledge on C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET framework , MVC, Visual Studio, LINQ,
** Entity Framework, WCF , WPF, Windows Workflow Foundation
** Experience in developing interactive applications
** Any certification on the above said skills would be appreciated.
Responsibilities :
** Design and develop modules based on the requirements given
** Should be ready to take up responsibilities and accomplish the same within the specified time frame.
** Should be able to work and excel as a team and also individual player
** Interact with client and gather requirements.
** Skills, Knowledge and Experience
** Be conversant with emerging technologies
** Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
** Should have positive attitude and urge to learn new technologies and languages
** Should have knowledge on various Software Development Life Cycle methods.
** Thorough knowledge on unit testing.
** Should have strong Problem Solving, Debugging skills, Database design
