Job Description
We seek application for the position of Legal Counsel (full time) in our Debt Recovery Division to manage our collectible accounts efficiently.
Analysing and understand the claim to work out the recovery prospects of an overdue account.
- Drafting legal notices / agreements / petitions etc.
- Extensive interaction with commercial debtors (soft collections only) over phone and through written communications on behalf of a reputable client.
- Keeping a track of recoverable / collectible cases and hence providing regular updates.
- Coordinating with clients (overseas) as well as with defaulters (soft collection) only on Business to Business Debts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be a law graduate with minimum of 2-3 years of experience preferably in a reputed law firm with our without court experience.
- Experience in Company Petitions / SICA / BIFR would be an added advantage.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and should have a flare for communication via e-mail.
- Should be proactive, flexible and highly motivated with excellent analytical skills and should have an imposing personality.
- Should be comfortable working on Windows / MS Office / Internet & Outlook

1. To create a Land Use land cover classification schema
2. To determine the nature, rate location and magnitude of land use land cover change.
3. Identify the LULC change in the study area during time period.
4. To forecast the future pattern of land use land cover in the area.

Objectives :
