Executive (Marketing & Customer Support):
Diploma or a Science graduate or a B. E. with 2 years experience of selling industrial products, candidate with fluency over English and good at presentation skills will be preferrred.

Regional Manager (Marketing & Customer Support):
B.E. with 7 years of experience of selling industrial products, exposure to channel sales management, handling distributors. Candidate with a good command over English with an exposure to ERP / SAP will be preferred.

Assistant Manager (Technical Services):
B.E. (Mechanical Engg) with atleast 4 years of experience in technical or production department preferably from a V-Belt manufacturing company.

Manager (Quality Assurance):
B.E.(Mechanical Engg) with 10-12 years of exposure to quality engineering, calibration, MSA, tool monitoring & management, support function for OMS.

Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance):
B.E.(Mechanical Engg) with 5-7 years of exposure of handling customer complaints, product and process knowledge, corrective and preventive action procedure, QC tools / techniques, analytical skills and practical approach.
