Head – Design & Engineering :
Location : Mumbai
Minimum Qualification : Candidate should be B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) with a minimum of 12 years of work experience in Design & Engineering, of which at least 7 years should be in Solar Photovoltaic. Should have experience in working on MW sized systems as well as Off Grid systems. Candidate should have experience of leading & coordinating with large teams. Published Papers, articles, et al will be a plus. Thorough knowledge of all designing softwares like PV Syst, Meteonorm, AutoCAD, Solid Works and Simulation Systems like INSEL/TRNSYS a must.

Sr. Manager/Manager – Sales (North Zone) :
Location : Delhi
Minimum Qualification : Candidate should be B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Renewables) and/or an MBA with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Business - to - Business Sales of which at least 3 years should be in Solar Photovoltaic. Should have experience in selling both MW sized systems as well as Off Grid systems like Systems for Telecom Towers, Rooftops, Oil & Gas Platforms & Pipelines.. PV Module selling experience will be a plus. Excellent oral & writing skills a must. Should have the ability to conceptualize Off-Grid Projects in locations / applications where SPV will be a good solution. Should have knowledge of basic SPV engineering and financial payback calculations.

Sr. Manager/Manager - Sales (South Zone) :
Location : Hyderabad or Bangalore
Minimum Qualification : Candidate should be B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Renewables) and/or an MBA iwith a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Business - to - Business Sales of which at least 3 years should be in Solar Photovoltaic. Should have experience in selling both MW sized systems as well as Off Grid systems like Systems for Telecom Towers, Rooftops, Oil & Gas Platforms & Pipelines. PV Module selling experience will be a plus. Excellent oral & writing skills a must. Location : Mumbai
Minimum Qualification : Candidate should be B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Renewable/Solar) with around 5-7 years of experience. Prior experience in Solar PV or Power is a must. Should have knowledge of SPV Technology, and basic design engineering. Knowledge of software like PV syst, Meteonorm, AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, and Solid Works will be preferable. Good communication skills and relevant project experience are a must. Candidate will be expected to handle multiple projects across the country, both Grid Connected MW size projects as well as Off-Grid ones.

Product Manager (Retail Products) :
Location : Mumbai
Minimum Qualification : Candidate should be B.E. / B.Tech/M.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Renewable/Solar) and/or an MBA with around 5-7 years of experience of which at least 3 years should be in the Retail Lighting / Solar Water Heating Space. Candidate will be expected to conceptualize & create a portfolio of retail products like Solar Lanterns, Home Lighting Systems and Water Heating Systems at various price points. Candidate will be expected to handle Procurement, Branding, Distribution, & Pricing for the entire portfolio. Product Design, Distribution & Procurement experience will be preferred.

Sr Engineer/ Engineer - Design (Electrical) :
Location : Mumbai
Minimum Qualification : Candidate should be B.E. / B.Tech/ M.Tech (Electrical) with 3-5 years of experience. Should have knowledge of SPV Technology, application engineering, electrical circuits, batteries, control panel board, SCADA systems and drawing of SLD of various power circuits. Relevant Solar experience will be preferred.
