Job Description
The primary function of the job is to maintain an accurate and updated inventory of the software licenses purchased by UBS.

Reviewing contracts and purchasing documents for licensing terms
Ensuring products are properly entered into a centralized database
Resolving any data gaps with the Sourcing team
Explaining to sourcing specialists, vendor relationship managers, and others our license status with any given product and being able to explain and communicate the contract terms
