Position : Maximo Techno Functional Consultant
Experience : 5 – 10 yrs
Location : Chennai
Domain : Power generation, Transmission, Distribution, Water Utility, Oil upstream and downstream
Primary Skills :
Maximo Functional :
** Domain experience in Plant Maintenance in any of the Process industry
** Min 1-2 full cycle implementation of IBM Maximo asset management solution
** Should have lead the function design process for the product implementation
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Secondary Skills :
** Domain experienced in Asset Maintenance is an added advantage
** Maximo certification in Maximo 6 /Maximo 7 is an added advantage
Maximo Technical :
** Min 3 - 5 yrs of experience in J2EE, EJB, Struts frame work & XML
** Technical knowledge in the Installation / Configuration /Customization of IBM Maximo solution
** Sound experience in oracle 9i /10g or SQL server 2000/2005
** Min one life cycle of project should be must
Job Description :

** Project Manager / Project Lead for Maximo implementation projects
** Would involve in client interaction for Requirements gathering ,Solution design and product training
** Will manage a team of around 3- 4 consultants
Maximo Technical :
** Maximo Customization
** Data loader Development
** Application server administration
** Actuate/BIRT Reports development
** CoE tools development

Business Development Manager :
Experience : 5 – 6 yrs
Location : Hyderabad
Job Description :
** Sales Professional with min 5 + years of solution and consulting sales
** Exposure to Oracle Application Sales is a must
** Exposure to any BPMS platform is desirable
** Must have a good set of contacts who will hit the ground running quickly
** Carry a revenue target of $ 2 Million and work with Management to develop opportunities in AP state
** Self-Motivated, High Energy Individual and Quick Learner
** Must have a previous track record of meeting revenue quota
** Sound understanding of AP market and geography.
