The National Centre for Radio Astrophysics, Pune [NCRA] of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research [TIFR] [an autonomous institute under the umbrella of the Department of Atomic Energy of the Government of India] is an internationally reputed research institute. NCRA-TIFR is located inside the Pune University Campus. Facilities operated by NCRA-TIFR include, the Ooty Radio Telescope (ORT) and the Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope (GMRT). Located about 80 KM north of Pune, GMRT is the world's largest radio telescope at metre wavelengths. NCRA is on the lookout for suitably qualified candidates for the following positions

1.Name of the post : Project Engineer (C)
No. of post : 2
TME : Rs 39000 consolidated + 3700 HRA
Essential Qualification: BE/ B.Tech. in Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute.
Age: Below 28 years for UR candidates and below 31 years for OBC candidates (as on 1st July 2013).

2.Name of the post : Project Engineer (C)

TME: Rs 36500 consolidated + 1800 HRA
Essential Qualification: BE/ B.Tech. in Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute.
Age: Below 28 years (as on 1st July 2013).

3.Name of the post : Project Engineer - C (Motion Control Project)
No. of post : 2
TME: Rs. 36500 Consolidated + 1800 HRA
Essential Qualification: Candidate must have a BE/ BTech in Electrical/ Instrumentation and Control/ Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
Age: Below 28 years (as on 1st July 2013).

4.Name of the post : Project Scientific Officer (B)
No. of post : 1
TME : Rs 31500/- consolidated + 1600 HRA
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. (Physics/ Electronics) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute.
Age: Below 28 years (as on 1st July 2013).
